I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at Princeton University and a member of the Industrial Relations Sections. In January 2025, I will be an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics and School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton. 

I am also a Research Affiliate at IZA. 

My research focuses on labor economics and macroeconomics. I am interested in how employment contracts are determined and the role of labor market institutions.

Before joining Princeton University, I was a Saieh Family Postdoctoral Fellow at the Becker Friedman Institute, University of Chicago.
